We’re gearing up for our Faces of Faith in SL and slowly the pieces are falling into place. Today we had our first RL training on SL and things got a bit crazy. Video will be posted up soon enough. We did get to check out our project hanging up somewhere in the sky, where the castles also live. I will post up a sneak peak of the tents on Flickr under Godsexfamily, but for now everyone is wearing their Faces of Faith Tshirts, so if you see folks with these on, feel free to ask about our event. MUSIC

Since there is a constant stream of music in Second Life, the idea was put out by DJ BradElectro to have 2 hours of traditional faith music looping in our island. So we’re calling on everyone to please send us music to fill the SL space or it will be filled for us. Some ideas of what to include:

(1) Gospel/old spirituals
(2) Klezmer
(3) chanting monks
(4) Muslim call to prayers
(5) Nyahabingi music
(6) Drumming
(7) Hymns (in Spanish and English)
